About Ceinwen

My name is Ceinwen Hall and I am an Australian emerging figurative artist. I studied Bachelor of Fine Arts at the National Art School in Sydney and Master of Art Therapy with Western Sydney University. I work  primarily in oil paint. My works are often considered for months before I commence painting.

I was  born in Dubbo, NSW and moved to Sydney from the Southern Highlands in 2010 to complete a Bachelor of Fine Arts. I then spent time in the remote community of Borroloola in the Gulf of Carpentaria, NT where I worked closely with the elders at Waralungku Arts Centre. I have been adopted into Gudanji community and am proud of supporting Aboriginal art and culture as well as sharing what knowledge was emparted to me to keep Gudanji culture strong.
